Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund, excluding Service charges and payment gateway charges, which are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled tour will be eligible for a 50% refund, excluding Service charges and payment gateway charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

No-Show Policy:

  • If you fail to show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

  • Date of the tour
  • Reason for the cancellation

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used during booking.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking (such as changing the tour date), please contact us at least 5 days before your scheduled tour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel tours. In such cases, refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered at our discretion.
